Dad’s Post About His Ex-wife Is Going Viral and Everyone Loves It. Billy Flynn Gadbois from Boston is a father and an ex-husband who decided to do something unusual for his ex-wife that many people will disagree.

Billy Flynn Gadbois surprised his ex-wife on her birthday by bringing her cards and flowers, as well as helping their children make her a special breakfast. Although they are divorced, Billie believes they should still maintain a healthy relationship and explains why in a viral Facebook post.

Gadbois’ post, posted on the Love What Matters Facebook page, has since gone viral with over 725,000 likes and 216,000 shares. You can read the entire post below!

When asked why he still does this, he said the question bothers him because he is raising two young champions and has to set an example of how other women should treat themselves.

He added that when children see their father treat their mother, it will shape the way they view women and affect the way they view relationships when they grow up.

“So if you’re not modeling good relationship behaviors for your kids, get yourself together.” Rise above it and lead by example. This is bigger than you. Raise good people. Raise strong women. Please. The world needs them, now more than ever,” he concludes his post.

However, Billy says it wasn’t always easy for him and his wife to overcome their problems. They had to learn how to overcome their anger and resentment towards each other. This was not easy, but they had to do it for their children.

“Over time, we’ve worked hard to set our boundaries and find ways to manage our interactions so that our problems are minimized or left at home when it comes to the kids.” It’s an ongoing process, but you can see a huge difference in the boys’ happiness, confidence and security since we started working on it,” he concludes.

Do you think he made the right choice? Do you approve of his actions?
